About Battle Royale

OUR STORY

Building the professional gymnastics league that should have existed decades ago.

THE VISION

Gymnastics is one of the most-watched sports during the Olympics. Paris 2024 drew 41.5 million viewers for women's qualification alone—making it the most-watched Olympic event. Yet outside of the Games, there's nothing.

No professional league. No year-round competition. No team culture. No athlete income pipeline. No way for the millions of gymnastics fans to engage with the sport they love.

Battle Royale changes that.

We're building a professional, repeatable competition series designed for spectators first. Mixed teams. Percentile ranking. Real cash prizes. A format that casual viewers can follow and hardcore fans can obsess over.

Year 1: 3 events. $75K in prizes.

Starting November 2026 in Ontario/Quebec, Canada. Our goal is to scale to $250,000 per competition.

WHY NOW

Massive Demand

41.5M Olympic viewers prove the audience exists. Social media has created thousands of visible elite athletes with existing followings.

No Supply

There's no professional league despite massive demand. Consumers are trained to watch niche sports (UFC, CrossFit, Ninja Warrior).

We Have Distribution

Gym Art Meets software reaches tens of thousands of gymnasts, parents, and coaches. We own the entire competition stack.

Proven Technology

Our platform is stress-tested across International Gymnix and all major Canadian competitions. We can iterate faster than anyone.

POWERED BY GYM ART

Battle Royale is produced by Gym Art Inc., the company behind Gym Art Meets—an end-to-end platform for gymnastics competition management including registration, scheduling, scoring, and media.

OUR UNFAIR ADVANTAGE

  • Direct distribution to the gymnastics market through existing platform
  • Proprietary technology that we can modify without third-party dependencies
  • Deep industry network with federations, clubs, and elite athletes

Battle Royale is produced by Gym Art Inc., the company behind Gym Art Meets—an end-to-end platform for gymnastics competition management.
Season 1 runs November 2026 to May 2027 with 3 events — BR 1 (Nov 15, 2026) and BR 2 (Jan 24, 2027) at Slush Puppie Place in Kingston, ON, and BR 3 (May 23, 2027) at Centre Slush Puppie in Gatineau, QC. A proof-of-concept event is scheduled for June 27, 2026 in Laval, Quebec.
Traditional competitions span multiple days, separate men and women, use confusing scoring systems, and rely on gymnast registration for revenue. Battle Royale is a single-day spectacle with mixed teams, percentile scoring, cash prizes, and a format designed for entertainment.
$25,000 CAD per event, split as: 1st place $15,000 CAD, 2nd place $7,500 CAD, 3rd place $2,500 CAD. Teams finishing 4th–8th receive exclusive Battle Royale merchandise. Year 1 total: $75,000 CAD in prizes across 3 events.
Battle Royale is an independent invitational competition. While we use FIG (International Gymnastics Federation) judging standards and Code of Points, we are not a federation-sanctioned qualification event. This gives us the freedom to innovate on format and scoring.
